This family-run hotel is located in the Baltic resort of Baabe on the Mönchgut peninsula in the Südost Rügen area. The promenade runs directly by the hotel. The beach is 500 metres away; Lake Sellin only 200 metres. The area of Südost Rügen has been designated a UNESCO protected zone for rare shore and beach plants.
