COOEE goes Germany
With the COOEE Ostseehotel Baabe Family & Spa ****, the first COOEE hotel in Germany, or to be more precise the Baltic Sea spa town of Baabe, on Rügen, opens its doors in December 2019.
The hotel is situated on the Mönchgut peninsula in the biosphere reserve in the south-east of Rügen, a UNESCO protected area for rare beach and river bank vegetation. The beach promenade leads to the Baltic Sea beach, some 500 metres away.
The 39 double and family rooms in the owner-managed hotel are distributed over a total of four storeys. Various types of renovation work are being carried out in advance of the opening, and a new spa area is being built. WiFi is included throughout the hotel.
The two self-service restaurants, "Deichgräfin" and "Self-made", serve breakfast and evening meals. The hotel only offers reservations with breakfast or half board.
