Georg Schmickler
In the Group Hotel Division, headed by Georg Schmickler, DER Touristik has been bundling all hotel activities across the Group since January 2021. Schmickler, a graduate of the Otto Beisheim School of Management (WHU) and Stanford University, previously held various positions at DER Touristik and was most recently Senior Vice President responsible for strategy at the Tourism subgroup.
